Co-Housing – Koh Phangan, Thailand

This co-housing project, located in the beautiful rainforests of Thailand, aims to be a peaceful, one-with-nature sanctuary for the residents. Consisting of 5 independent houses, spread around the forest and 1 larger community space, the project provides the ultimate feeling of freedom.

Our Solutions

The residential buildings are with steel structural elements and wooden façade. The residential buildings are as open to the forest as possible. When entering the house, you are presented with the beautiful view from the edge of the cliffs and open to the nature living space. The second floor is accessed by a floating outside staircase, with unique perforated metal railing/fence. The main materials are wood, steel and metal railing. The community space is designed in a similar fashion but more transparent and open to the world, with a big pool, gym area and dining/kitchen space.
