BR House

BR House is a residential building project for a young family’s first home. It combines the traditional house shape and the modern approach. One of the main requirements of the couple was including the wood and the stone as main exterior materials, as well as having a sloped roof for the building and plenty of yard space. The house contains 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an office, living/dining/kitchen, storage rooms, and garage.

Our Solutions

In the process of designing the house, we kept in mind the main requirements of our clients, and as a result we created a modern building, keeping the traditional shape, and optimizing the spaces as much as possible. The staircase leads not only to the basement/garage and the second floor, but also to the roof of the garage – which becomes part of the yard space – through one of the windows. Adding the pergolas as part of the exterior rounds up the whole look of the house, separating different areas of the outside.
