AG House is a residential building project filled with love, imagination and hope. Our client was daring and didn’t hesitate to think outside the box, wanting a unique home that will be the ultimate sanctuary. Some of the requirements include the usage of limestone as a prime material, lots of green natural spaces, and being open to the outside. The house contains 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an office, 2 living/dining/kitchens, storage rooms, and parking.

Our Solutions

In the process of designing the house, we kept in mind the main requirements of our clients, and as a result we created an inspiring environment for them. We divided the zones in different volumes, as our client wanted to have the opportunity to walk outside more often when at home. This way we have the main living/kitchen area, 2 of the bedrooms and bathrooms in one “house”, another bedroom with a media room and a small kitchen + bathroom in another, and the office in a separate “house”. They are all connected with a flat roof serving for a secondary “yard”, that can be reached through the houses, or by a staircase outside. The main walking line of the composition ends with a swimming pool.
